Evictions in the township Campsite / Trailer Park
Hi my name is Frans Van Buuren.
What I would like to discuss is the tenants living in the township owned campground / Trailer Park. My brother Martin Van Buuren Lives there. And also others on a year round basis. This is why I call it a trailerpark.A member of council named Adam showed up at my brothers place with the RCMP to evict him immediately. They had decided to call the year round rental a (pilot project) and claimed that's that .No more. I could see having a pilot project and trying it for a winter. Martin Van Buuren has been there for three years! That goes beyond a pilot project. Allowing full residency for three years or more goes beyond that. It falls under the landlord tenancy act Adam. By law eviction should be served with a ninety day eviction. In that trailer Park. These People Adam are members of your community. The rent goes into the township. They purchase food fuel basically Same as any other Didsbury resident. If these people are good enough to pay and support the community ,and inject capital for township and for community parks/trailerpark Adam. The least you could do is be a upstanding representative of counsel and a law abiding citizen. Show and do as you would ask of any resident.(fallow the law) As a resident of your community it would bother me greatly , to know the townships steps outside the law, to force agendas .As a home owner in this community,I would like to know the township isn't rouge . The right thing to do, is to do what your citizens would do for you if the shoe was on the other foot. Just follow the law,
